The UK has a number of Housing and planning challenges.
There is a national demand of over 200,000 new houses as a result of changing family structures, people living longer and immigration.
Whilst building new houses is good for the economy, it must be done in a way that is considerate and affordable and it is not encroach on green space in our semi rural areas.
This debate will be focused on developing innovative solutions to the problem that we need more housing but few people welcome it being built near them.
