Cllr Ash attended the launch of the GETTING OXFORDSHIRE ONLINE last night at St Edmunds Hall, Oxford.
She is one of several supporters that the Oxfordshire Community foundation have brought together to achieve a shared vision of enabling full digital inclusion across our communities in Oxfordshire, particularly in the rural settings and harder to reach settings.
Having worked in partnership to bring free online catch up lessons to Oxfordshire during the pandemic she is aware of the challenges faced by families with insufficient access to devices or data, and in addition strongly supports the elderly achieving full access as so many vital services are now delivered using digital means.
Cllr Ash said "this is a timely and very welcome collaboration to support the recycling of old devices and training and support to enable young and old alike to achieve full digital inclusion and I strongly support this launch and encourage everyone that can take part to get involved.
