There are areas in the Country that have unnecessarily high Council tax and there are management companies that are sticking with the status quo rather than reduce or freeze local taxes for 2021. 

I am fully supportive of high quality services but a freeze on council tax and local management company service charges would be a welcome relief to many families and residents that are struggling as a result of Covid.

Let's encourage all rate setters to look to '21 as a year to freeze or temporarily reduce their charges and find efficiencies in their systems or use reserves for this year to support our communities.
